My name is Steve Johnson, and I’m the technician behind PFCS. My interest in technology goes way back, but my road to providing technical support started with obtaining my A+ Certification at the Great Bay Community College in New Hampshire.
Since that time, I’ve provided support for the Portsmouth School Department in New Hampshire, provided assistance to a few Major League Gaming events, and served as a phone-based remote technician for a global help desk, while also helping customers locally.
Years of providing support through all these avenues has helped shape the style of personal support that I offer. Providing on-site support allows access to not only the problem device, but everything connected to it, allowing for the best diagnosis, and assistance.
